- Material: 48CrMo alloy steel
- Heat treatment: Intermediate frequency quenching, hardness:58±2°
- Roller Grinder: Automatic CNC double housing corrugated roller grinders. The rollers’run out≤0.03mm
- Coating: Tungsten carbide, Thickness ≥0.06mm, Hardness≥HV1200. We adopt Swiss Sulzer Metco tungsten carbide coating system.
- Lifetime ≥30,000,000 meters.

- The hardness of surface materials is over HRC60 that keeps the flute in a good state.
- Computer design to optimize flute Siemens system CNC corrugated roller grinding machines for grinding flute.
- Tungsten carbined coating: We adopted Oerlikon Metec HVOF coating machine from Switzerland.
